Alyssa DeGuzman

Licensed Massage Therapist

Alyssa DeGuzman is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Therapeutic Massage. She enjoys designing and customizing each massage with Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Tui Na techniques to address areas of concern. Alyssa promotes the “Feel Good, Full Body” type of massage and has confidence massage can help patients improve their overall physical and mental well being.

Being raised by artistically/musically faceted parents and Grandparents, some of Alyssa’s hobbies include playing guitar, playing piano, singing in the shower, skateboarding, golfing, photography, snowboarding, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and writing. In Ms. DeGuzman’s early 20’s, she pursued business – helping individuals buy and sell houses for a living as a Realtor – and went to college obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management in 2014. Thinking business was going to be her forever career, fate intervened involuntarily and she switched careers into the health/wellness/medical field.

Alyssa has always been naturally drawn to the holistic approach of health which led her to attend Pacific College of Health and Sciences for her Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine and Doctorate in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine between 2015-2021.

While attending Pacific College of Health and Science’s, Alyssa was blessed to work as a Caregiver in high stress environments for various care facilities pertaining to children, adults with disabilities, and the elderly. Being part of the medical field has sparked Alyssa’s true fascination and passion for healing and helping people of all ages.

This led Ms. DeGuzman to delve deeper into Massage, developing more perceptive and instinctual skills. After graduating with her Master’s and Doctorate, Ms. DeGuzman decided to further her education in a more in-depth understanding of body mechanics and attended an all Massage Therapy school, Healing Hands of Holistic Health in 2022. While she studies for her Acupuncture boards, she is continuing what she loves and helping individuals decrease general body pain by increasing blood circulation and promoting healing through Massage therapy.
