Dr. Lucy Love is a military veteran and California Licensed Acupuncturist. She earned her Master and Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, California. She has an additional Master’s in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor’s degree in criminology from UC Irvine. She also teaches for Tulane University as an adjunct Professor in the specialty of Emergency Management and Health Care Systems, and Threat Assessments and Risk Management. During her tenure in the military Dr. Lucy Love developed her love for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine working throughout South East Asia, teaching and preparing countries for disaster relief, consulting on humanitarian mission support, and responding to catastrophic events state side where she witnessed the power of acupuncture and herbal medicine.

As a former collegiate and professional athlete, Dr. Lucy Love understands the importance of treating the body as a whole and uses an integrative approach of an Eastern and Functional medicine to care for her patients. Her goal is to find the root of the problem, treat it, and get her patients as healthy as possible. She empowers her patients through health education, develops treatment plans to meet her patients where they are, and guides them through the best attainable healthcare.

Dr. Lucy Love’s specializes in women’s health, mental and emotional care, cosmetic acupuncture, weight loss and nutrition, gut health, oncology care, pain management, herbal medicine, and lifestyle consulting.

In her spare time, she is spending time with her family, staying fit, and traveling whenever her schedule allows to see the world, family, and friends.
