Dr. Amy Roberts

L.Ac., DACM

Dr. Amy is passionate about helping individuals restore functional movement, enhance recovery, and achieve long-term pain relief. With a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from Pacific College of Health and Science and over 16 years as a personal trainer, she specializes in orthopedic acupuncture, manual therapy, and corrective exercise to treat pain, injuries, and movement dysfunctions.

Amy’s journey into healthcare is deeply personal—she has faced her own battles with chronic injuries and health challenges, shaping her empathetic, patient-centered, and results-driven approach. She understands the frustration of being limited by pain and the value of treatment that not only provides relief but also prevents recurrence through proper biomechanics, movement retraining, and maintenance.

By integrating Eastern medicine with manual therapy and corrective exercise, she supports athletes, active professionals, desk workers, and individuals with physically demanding careers in overcoming pain, addressing movement restrictions, and restoring balance in the body. Outside the clinic, Amy enjoys staying active herself—one of her favorite outlets is playing golf, which fuels her appreciation for functional movement, athletic mechanics, and body control.
